BACKGROUND
Due to significant growth in our design, manufacturing andinstallation operations over the past three years, our current goals are to consolidate our business operation by implementing and improving management of quality systems and procedures, and to improve our position in the market place by focusing on our major revenue earning products. The growth of our company over the past three years is on the back of the boom in the construction and resource industries within Western Australia. A natural progression for us is to join our major competitors and become a Registered Training Organsiation.
The requirements for employers to provide a safe working environment is due to specific legislative requirements to provide competency based training to employees in areas such as working at heights and in confined spaces. Our intended scope of registration is specific to the industries we currently conduct our business in. We identified a gap in our business operation due to the demands by our client base to provide training in the appropriate competency based training in the use of fall prevention and confined space rescue equipment.
