Quality learning and assessment

Access Unlimited training staff are trainers and assessors qualified to deliver training and conduct assessment in their areas of specialty.  

The Australian Quality Training Framework 2007 (AQTF 2007) Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO) states that Training and assessment are conducted by trainers who:

a) have the necessary training and assessment competencies as determined by the National Quality Council or its successors
b) have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered or assessed, and
c) continue developing their vocational and training and assessment competencies to support
continuous improvements in delivery of the RTO’s services.

 
The minimum requirements for an Access Unlimited Trainer and Assessor are:
  * Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
 * Vocationally competent in the relevant training being delivered and or assessed
 * Relevant and current industry experience
 * Participate in continuous professional development
 * Continually communicates with industry clients in the development and continuous improvement of Access Unlimited's training delivery.
